NOT GLUTEN FREE TRIPLE CHECK, !!! I came here with my family. We are on vacation.(i also come monthly to south florida and usually take out customers daily for dinners). My daughter has Celiac, we saw the reviews that they were very accommodating for gluten free. This made my daughter super happy. We ordered several dishes for her so she can splurge and enjoy. One of them was atlantic bites which on the menu said gluten free. We confirmed with the waiter. I also ordered a lamb plate that he told me was on special and 52 instead of 82 and it tastes great. Im a splurger for food. we already had several main dishes and appetizers, but it sounded intresting(it was decent not my favorite) Now its a kosher meat resteraunt so tradionally fish is served before meat. So we got the fish plates we ordered, minus the atlantic bites. Then we got the meat platters and dishes. But still not atlantic bites. At this point my kids were thirsty again and wanted to order another drink. So I am trying ton get a waiters attention, my wife does the same. After 10 minutes we get a waiter, and ask him about the atlantic bites and to get drinks for the kids. He says he is not our waiter, But he will find our waiter. Finally i see our waiter after another 5 modules and ask him about the drinks and what's the story for the atlantic bites , thinking at this point to take it to go. Within a few minutes we get the drinks and after another 10 minutes the atantic bites come out. My daughter tasted it and asked my wife to try. Right away my wife noticed it tasted like teriyaki sauce which is made with soy which is Gluten. We pull the waiter over and ask what is this the menu says the sauce is from a peanut butter. He starts mumbling and acting dumbfounded. We ask to speak to a manager, the manager comes around all bubbly knowing we were very concerned and upset. They both admitted it was teriyaki in the end. We ask why this happened. She gave no normal response. The original water came back I just already wanted to leave and asked for the bill. On the bill he had removed the atlantic bites but I notice the lamb wasn't discounted. So I asked him to adjust it. (Usually I wouldn't even look at a resteraunt bill besides the final price) take a way we are concerned that everything they claimed was gluten free probably was not and my daughter god forbid will suffer this week becaue of that. Also the way they really dis not take any ownership. The place might as well be considered treif. It takes a lot to piss me off, but do not poison people and take no...

Read moreThe place is nice, the waiter was very cordial, the food was ok. My steak was good but numerous other dishes ordered for our party were not as ideal. The rice was so over cooked it had the consistency of mashed potatoes. The French fries were delivered cold and virtually inedible. At least the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare which is impressive considering the easier side dishes were a wreck.
We had a party of around 16 people or so. Yes a big party. The waiter was on top of it and said don't worry we can split whatever we need to at the end etc. Totally normal. That's when things got weird. Apparently the manager didn't believe it was reasonable to have such a large party splitting bills. He tried to pretend like what we were asking for was not possible and basically throwing his hands up in the air. When I pointed out that the waiter said it would not be a problem he insisted that he doesn't know why the waiter said that and he was incorrect. It was almost like he didn't want to take our Massive. He then said I'll look into it and be right back. He disappeared for the rest of the night and the waiter did what he was supposed to and had no issues splitting the bill. As the manager of a dinning establishment it is your job to make our experience as easy and pleasant as possible. If you don't know how to work your point of sales system to split checks that doesn't make it impossible just means you should learn how to do it. We are obviously not the first party to split checks. The waiter being super kind and helpful is the only thing that saved this experience. Not sure if that gentleman was the manager or owner. If he was the manager I'd recommend either training him in the POS system and basic etiquette or alternatively fire him. If he is the owner this place is doomed to failure. Either way I'll...
