Waterways Park — Attraction in Aventura

This park is usually great and has a lovely field. I’ve visited a few times with my LO but sadly we were recently turned away because even though my Aventura ID is still active, I recently moved out of the city and changed my license. The gate attendant requested my license and said she’d have to charge me which is fine but In 2018 they only take cash ?! 🤷🏽‍♀️ c’mon Aventura, get with the times. This park has 4 rock climbing walls gold for kids up to 10 years old . They also have a huge field to play baseball, soccer , throw a Frisbee and even fly a kite . There’s also a track to run and stations to do various exercises around the track. There’s a vending machine for ice cream and one for sodas and water .
