Called tech support and told them I was having problems with my golden tee / bowling game and eventually got frustrated with the guy (tech support) because he was treating me like I was stupid. I eventually told him to f- off And he in turn proceeded to curse me out.. I had a similar problem several yrs ago when I contacted them over the same issue.. I'm never doing business with this company again.. Not only do they sell faulty equipment they are rude impolite and treat people like their better/smarter than. I've been in the vending/gaming business for almost 30 yrs and have never dealt with this kind of trashy behavior. I will continue to post about this incident on every platform I can. I called the manufacture, and they’re aware of it. I told him that I was going to post this online because they were doing bad things and he said he would just reply to it stating that it was all false and that everyone would believe him!!    Read moreI purchased the sit down multi game arcade console in May 2017. The games work well and remind me of my childhood. Cabinet is well built and now my kids love the games as much as I used to. After about 2 1/2 years of sporadic use but leaving the console “on”, the power supply went out. All it took was a quick email to the company and they reached out to assist me in repairs. Upon determining that the power supply was the issue they promptly sent out a replacement part along with a video demonstrating step-by-step instructions to replace it. All of this was done free of charge. It’s encouraging but rare to find companies in this day and age with this level of customer service. Thank you...
