12/23/2020. I placed a very important Christmas order on October 23 for engraved business card holders and engraved coasters. The engraving came out incorrect and I was called to the shop to review. The manager assured me that the products would be re-ordered and the order would be completed well before Thanksgiving. The pieces were never ordered, I was never contacted, I had to call the store and show up in person twice, and then ask for my money back in the first week of December. The manager and owner did not even have the courtesy to come to the counter to speak to me, they sent a poor counter kid to take the brunt of my anger and to relay messages. The entire shop is unprofessional and this behavior is unforgivable.
