I had an order pending in a Phoenix bakery and a day before event, they canceled on me. I took a chance by calling here and they actually took a last minute order. When I went in to prepay my cake, Liz was so friendly. Her customer service is on point! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for fulfilling my order.
