Casita Kahlo — Restaurant in Avondale

We just finished eating food when we noticed this hidden gem of a place, with a lovely atmosphere, and it greets you like home. We tried several flavors of raspados and bolis like the "Raspado de Fresas con Crema and "Raspado de frutas" "Oreo and Chocobanana" bolis, and all of the items were made in front of our eyes, and they had tremendous flavors, all handmade, so the flavors rock! The price is also great for the great items. I will definitely go to this...

The place is clean and the staff is nice, but the food… meh. I got a tostielotes, an agua fresca, and two chocolate cones for my kids, and somehow that tiny order was $22. 😅 The real kicker was the agua fresca, it was SO sweet I couldn’t even finish half. Took it home, had my husband try it, and he literally made the same face I did.
