This place is a joke. Walked in told them my name and nobody knew who I had an appointment with. My appointment was 12:30. Then I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair, they were like oh we don't have anybody here that can do a pixie cut! What?? You have to be kidding me. Then they said they had a new girl who was training but the other girl could help her with the cut after she finished her other appointment. Love this place it is awesome. Sometimes hard to get an appointment so if you want one you need to call a week in advance . s But the people are very friendly. They carry on a conversation the entire time they're cutting your hair and I've never been dissatisfied with cut that I've got. They always cut my hair the way I want it cut not the way they wanted to cut it which is the problem that you find with a lot of salon. I usually do my own hair. But… the kit I normally use was unavailable, so I got a different one from the store. I had a MESS!!! I called Ms. Michelle, she got me in that Saturday and she spent 5 hard hours on my hair, fixing the mess I had made of my hair.
