The food made me sick, and the owners got angry... at me.

I want to start off by saying I have been getting food here for nearly 2 years, with decent experiences in the past. The food is not bad, the prices are average, and generally my experience has been good. This issue was severe enough to change two years' worth of opinion of the establishment, which is saying a lot.

Recently I purchased some food as a late evening dinner, and wound up getting violently ill from it later that night. The sesame chicken and chicken lo mein both tasted off, and it turns out that it gave me a moderate case of food poisoning. Not a great experience to go through.

When I went back in to let them know, I asked if they could do something to make the situation right. A refund, even a remake of the food (since I'd had good experiences with those dishes in the past). After about 20 minutes of talking through a translator (which is OK, the family did not speak much English), they refused to refund the cost of the meal, but they did finally say yes to remaking it. However, soon after that, the owner came up to me and told me that I was not welcome back. She claimed they had never heard of their food making someone sick in the 10 years they were in business, and got angry at me that I brought the issue to their attention.

Rather than accepting that the food made me sick and trying to make the situation right, the owners got angry and told me not to come back. That is certainly not professional, and the worst kind of customer service. After being treated like that, I wouldn't want to go back even if...

Me and my husband has been eating from here for about 4 years now we have never been disappointed. Recently within the past 6 months they have allowed a answering service to start taking their orders and since then our orders have been messed up quite a few times. Also they used to make their egg rolls homemade and they do not no more they are store-bought and they are not the same we no longer eat egg rolls from there. Kind of feel they should tell people that. I had no idea and me and my daughter always get four egg rolls to a piece I ordered them like I would any other time we went to take a bite and they are completely different I called up there and they said that it was the same I was said no it's not I went in there because she told me to come up there and that's when I found out that they no longer made them homemade 😑. I'm not a fan of big pieces of carrots and some type of cream so it was a huge let down. But other than that...

I'd give zero stars if I could. That woman who waits on you is so rude she's like dealing with the devil. I ordered the seafood delight and it was so not fresh, it's stunk it was so fishy smelling. I opened it and looked at it, it was disgusting 🫣 the scallops were the little tiny ones. They were suppose to be the large scallops, the shrimp 🍤 smelled disgusting and I proceeded to hand it back to her. She talking about no refund , no refund. I handed her back her disgusting seafood delight and called my bank in front of her and explained to my bank what had transpired and they blocked her from being paid! She was so mad she snatched the plate ,threw it in the trash and I could hear her yelling you leave, you leave now, I was already slamming her door. That place is disgusting and so is the witch that waits on you. I can't wait for China...
