In my opinion they both went beyond what I expected by spending well over a hour on various phone calls with Lancaster County as well as DNR supervisors in an attempt to remove a red flag on the boat due the prior owner not paying taxes. The people in there are amazing when you personally go in the office. If you call them, dont expect anyone to answer. I have called on my way there, (about 45 minutes away), and when i walked in, I was still on the phone on hold, listening to the music. I am not sure if the phone system works or not. This office is fantastic!! I drove a little less than an hour to get to this location and I went in totally expecting to have to deal with some sort of issue. I needed assistance with obtaining deer tags and my request was completed in a matter of a couple of minutes.
