Went through the drive through line to order lunch for my family. I asked for a side of dirty rice and they said it would be about 20 minutes until they had more. That’s fine, I don’t mind waiting because who goes to Bojangles and leaves without dirty rice right? Anyway, I pull up to the window to pay and the girl was SO rude. Like uncalled for rude. Told me to pull under the tree to wait. Fine. So I did. AN HOUR LATER, a different girl walks out and says “oh I think this is your ticket, we are still waiting on chicken”… so I say “um, I was only waiting on rice, no one said anything about chicken” and she says “yeah both rice and chicken. All we have is dark meat tho if you want that”…. so I sat in the parking lot that whole time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just busy, but instead they hadn’t even started my order yet, had rice done already and ran out of chicken while giving others their orders just because I waited on rice. SMH. I will NEVER pull back up to Aynor Bojangles again. I’m sure they won’t lose a lick of sleep for it but I guarantee if this happened to someone else they probably wouldn’t have been as nice as I was about it....
Read moreIf the manager working the morning of 6-7-2024 exemplifies this business's culture, they are in trouble. I purchased a combo, and had a coupon for a second combo free. The managers expression indicated to me that he didn't want to accept the coupon. Once I paid for the meal I requested some ranch dressing, being a longtime customer of Bogangles and aware of their policy on condiments, he wanted to charge me for the ranch. When I finally sat down to eat my meal the fries had no seasoning, the chicken was not cooked thoroughly and the drink they provided was not what I ordered, it tasted and looked like sink water. I thought I would give this location a try being that it's located closer to home. I typically stop at the location in Conway on my way to work. Now I know why the one in Conway is busier, their service is hands down above the one in Aynor. I guess that's why this manager is working in Aynor where business is slower and poor service...
Read moreI must admit, I was hesitant to try this chain, but am very glad I did! The biscuits are amazing. I tried the Cajun Filet (chicken) biscuit, the Bo-berry biscuit, the cinnamon biscuit, the biscuit and gravy, and the Bo-tato rounds. The chicken was good. The biscuits were consistently delicious. A little crunch on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. A bit of a buttery taste. The Bo-tato rounds were like 'tater rounds' version 2.0. Large, with bits of onion in them. Better potato taste than hash browns or tater tots, but with all the crunch you want. The sweet tea was also fantastic (as you'd expect in the south). But then I tried the Cheddar Bo. It was the best I had out of everything. I would take this over a grilled cheese any day.. it was so good I had to go back to order another as soon as I got the chance! On top of this, they are not pricey at all. I will go back to Bojangles every time I travel in an...
