The returns experience went well. I was met with no pushback on what I had to return. The only question I was asked was if the product had been used or if there was anything wrong with the product, to which I replied, no, I appreciate the ease of Target's return policy, however when it comes to the customer service side of things, it can vary the employee who assisted me in making this return had an overall negative attitude and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience to her. I like coming to Target; this target is the closest to my home. What I find incredibly disappointing and discouraging is when I am not treated nicely, it’s not so much that I expect to be treated like a celebrity or like, I’m the only person in the world; I expect to be met with basic kindness; and the way that I treat people because I do not expect to be treated with decency, kindness or respect if I am not giving them that in return. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad customer service experience with this individual. Still, it saddens me that she has been able to remain in her position for so long, and she continues to get away with it because it just goes to show me that the manager, whoever is in charge of dealing with the customer service end of things is also accepting of this behavior. This reflects on the company, not so much on the individual because the individual is an individual, and she’s going to respond and deal with things the way that she will do it because she’s human, but when no one is necessarily reminding her or expressing to her that maybe the approach should be different. It goes to show that they don’t care. Unfortunately, I don’t think that anyone realizes the importance of customer service at this location. This isn’t to say that there aren’t good employees at this location; however, it takes a couple of negative experiences to feel differently about a company...

I had wanted to register at this Target for my Baby Shower coming up real soon. I was looking forward to doing it since I just moved in the area and it's a pretty big Target. It was last minute planning since my fiancee and I work different work schedules we hardly ever have any time to do things together.

It was a little before 7pm I had called this Target to check if we could do the registry that night. The guy on the line was not very welcoming, he kept mentioning that they were going to close at 10pm. Which I told him, "I'm aware of that, we live in the area and will make it in less than 15 minutes, plus it won't take us more than an hour and a half to register." So I let him know we were on our way and he didn't really exhibit good service, which did raise a red flag in my book but I wanted to get this done already.

Then when we get there as I'm registering on their computers (which are not the fastest and were giving me a hard time) a girl walks up to us and asks if we are registering. I told her yes and then she tells us their scanners aren't working. I told her I called and let the guy know we were coming, why couldn't he have told us that little detail. Well the girl was rude didn't apologize gave us attitude and said, "Well there are other Target's you can go to register."

So pretty much I got no apology but I did get a whole lot of attitude from a person who doesn't realize by pushing people to shop at other stores, their store loses profit and customers which results in them not having a job to go to. It is very disappointing, I had high hopes to shop at this store since it was so big but thanks to their poor service I will not step one more foot on this specific store. And I will be telling my friends and family to not shop here because of that incident. That store needs to seriously re-evaluate the...

I really love Target & love the fact that I have a store 1 mile from my house. With that being said, I am hard pressed to even give this Target store 3 stars. I really want to give you more but I feel that you are not properly managed. I assume that is the issue as I'm not sure what else it could be. Many of the areas do not seem to be restocked properly. For example, the shoe section was a mess on Memorial Day. This I assume is to be expected on a holiday. I was shocked to find though that I have come back to the store at least three times within a week and a half and every time the shoe area is a hot mess! And I have been looking for shoe pads which I have purchased in the past at the store and it has not been restocked. Example number two, in the food section 5 days ago I found tortillas sitting on the shelf with the nuts. To my shock and dismay I still found these tortillas sitting on the shelf with the peanuts! This communicates to me that somebody is not even cleaning up the area let alone restocking! So many items were missing in the food section and that was in disarray. I really want to love this store because it is so close. However I am finding that many of the sections are not properly stocked and are not neat and organized. I also find that I usually have to wait in long lines because there are not enough check out clerks. I have actually found the people that are checking you out to be pleasant. Please target get your act together in Azusa! Otherwise it seems that you are begging me to either go to another store all together or at least a...

Edited (5/21/17) Today I walking from the metro station as target was very messy. Added pictures. One picture walking towards Target as I saw karts everywhere. Hour and half later as I left target as the exact same karts are still there. Another thing, there were no karts in the store infornt as usual be there until I was about to leave store as an employee just put the frist row of karts. But as I was going down the stairs, the karts in the picture when I was leaving...still there. Also you got the karts in the parking lot as you went down stairs on the left side as you cannot miss to see the karts. Same employee Didn't bother with it and walk pass them. Also, before I left I went to use the bathroom as there was feces on the toilet seat on handicapped toilet and toilet next door soaked in pee...all over the seat and floor. So I waited to used urinal, after my business, went to the sink to wash my hands and there no soap in any of the containers and no paper towels to dry hands. This wasn't the first time either. I kept letting it go but over 6 months of two visits pre-month this had been happening of no soap and bathroom partitions doors need fixing.

Target, like America, is looking for something better. Somewhere between vogue and old hat, Target caters to those who want to remain fashionable but aren’t really into the effort. Azusa’s Target is slouched, much like their carts🛒 at the entrance, somewhere between the upper end foothills and the 210 freeway. This review is simply for the store and not its contents. It sits adjacent to the Azusa Metro station and therefore has a lot of foot traffic. The store personnel work hard and do a good job on upkeep and this review is in no way “targeting” them, but it has the start of that uniquely LA feeling of urban decay. From human feces by the escalators to car clubs meeting in the parking garage, this store, along with most of the LA area, silently screams “Where do we go from here?” 🎯 🧶🎭💬

Beware of SCAM! Do not buy cards from this Target location! This past weekend we were sold this gift card for $100 that was sealed during purchase. It was opened later and the card was already scratched and used. We called Target who would not refund us and directed us to call Visa who sent us through an automated phone system that continuously hung up on us without any help. We're calling our bank now to refute this purchase. Such a waste of time and money!!!
