I only drop in a few times a year while on vacation, but this CrossFit gym always makes me feel like part of the crew. Carey is super responsive and always gives the coaches a heads-up when I’m coming, which I really appreciate. Every time I walk in, I’m welcomed like a regular.
The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, and the workouts are approachable with smart warm-ups and clear instruction. Coach Britt even worked out alongside me one day — she’s insanely strong and fast, but still down-to-earth and encouraging.

The thing I like most is feeling like I am a part of a community of people who care and knowing where ever I am at I life, they will meet me there. They will phelp me modify if needed, help me stay accountable and encourage me to push it when the time is right! Can’t say enough good things about this place.
