Bought livingroom furniture and the one chair arm broke and they replaced it with a different chair because the original chair design was discontinued...great my husband and I were fine with that... The other chair cushion had a bubble on the cushion and was told it was a problem with the chair, again the chair was discontinued but they would call around and find a part and have it repaired...great once again my husband and I were fine with that... The chair was gone for about 6 weeks we get it back and less than 2 months the same exact thing is happening and I am told " the chair is discontinued and the company only repairs 1 item per serial number" and that it is obviously "wear and tear" and as I explained to Norm and Luke I would except that excuse if the chair was older but it is basically brand new...so long and short they refuse to do anything...so do your research before you buy...I guess I will have to go out if state to buy good quality furniture in the future.
