Horrible experience. I wanted to treat my daughter to a wonderful birthday meal and Olive Garden is one of our favorite places. However, I normally go to the one in Winchester which is fabulous. We were seated right away. Everyone wore masks. It went downhill from there. I ordered soup which came right away. My daughter ordered a meal and it didn't arrive more than a half hour later. We couldn't even eat our meal together. I asked for salt and pepper. She went to go get it but waited for another table's food and served them first - about 15 minutes to get salt and pepper. By this time my soup was cold. My daughter's meal still hadn't come. BTW the other table came in after us. The server didn't offer to give us more iced tea. Miserable experience. Read moreI visited Olive Garden so my vote is due to their lack of customer service. I was in Kingstowne and I called to place my order. I was put on hold so long that I had to hang up and call back. By the this time I get to place my order the young man said that it would take twenty minutes. I told him that's why I called while I was in Kingstowne. I am know two blocks away from the store. The young lady placed me on hold and never came back. I placed the order, I go to 711 to kill some time by time I get to Olive Garden I still had to wait twenty minutes for my food. Especially since people are supporting your restaurant during...
