NO FLAVOR, SMALL PORTIONS AND NOT WORTH THE $$$ Went there last night with my teenage daughter and her friend. They ordered beef bento boxes each and I ordered the beef Hibachi. The noodles in the bento boxes were terrible, ABSOLUTELY ZERO flavor. I don't think they even put salt in the water they were boiled in. Bland, completely flavor less. My daughter and her friend kept adding and adding the soy sauce packets and there was NO WAY to enhance the flavor. The fried dumplings hard and bland. The veggies, mostly cabbage, tasted "sour and like it had chemicals" per the girls. The only thing in the bento box that tasted good was the beef and spring rolls. I returned my beef hibachi because the amount of beef was a joke. It was a mountain of noodles and cabbage with maybe 3 ounces of beef. I asked the cook if he could add some more beef because the amount was too small, explained the dish is BEEF hibachi not noodle /cabbage hibachi to which he said that is the way the dish is served. Read moreI am very upset with the service at Quickway. When I ordered my food I asked for chicken , veggies and noodles. To my surprise I got chicken, noodles and rice . When I went to try my rice it was cold and crunchy even tho my noodles and chicken were really hot . Sadly , my chicken and noodles were way too salty . I’ve ate at quickway many times and never had to go through all of this . I decided to contact Quickway through phone but the number doesn’t work and neither does the text box for any input . Is Quickway avoiding complaint or do they genuinely not care about their customers? I’m ver sad because this was one of my favorite places to eat and not I can’t see myself going back to this place ever...

(or maybe it just depends on the night, because my partner and I have been able to actually place an order when we showed up at 9:52 pm)
Horrendous customer service, too. The website phone number doesn't work. The store phone's voice mailbox is full. Quickway has no active social media presence. And of course, language barriers.
It's a shame that what's otherwise a good product is tainted by a mindset of indifference throughout...
