I know this shopping center for a while for different stores but I discover this butcher when my dad had a stroke and asked me to buy spleen for him. It has great benefits for muscle weakness rich of vit b12 and zinc. I called all butchers around falls church, springfield, Asian stores etc. Only they got spleen. My dad even can't swallow and still in hospital. They grinded the spleen with some other meat which allowed me to shape soft patties.
