We have been a good customers to this place for a long time. But as of today, we have stopped and taken our business from this establishment due to the poor and uncivilized manner by the wife of the restaurant owner. A real attitude problem. And moreover, that is a "NO-NO" in business to say (to scream actually) to a customer "No more delivery for you!" Really lady, shame on you.
Like they are the only pizza restaurant in the world. And it is very sad that it's because of she wants to charge $2.00 delivery fee. In fact, the owner (such a nice person) told my family not to pay the delivery fee ever again a while back from today because we are always generous to the delivery guys with whatever we can $8.00, $10.00 or even $20.00 tip sometimes. Because we care for the delivery guys.
We felt like a "dumb" people when we found out about the delivery fee on top of the charges and taxes especially after giving a generous amount of tip every single order. How many of you knew that? And agree to pay extra $2.00 for delivery charges plus the tip you pay plus the taxes?
But today, the wife acted like it's her natural right and privilege to charge the delivery fee and everybody MUST pay for that even though her husband ensured us we will never pay the fee again!! But she started to raise her voice and get annoyed with who are we that we shouldn't pay. How come we even question the delivery fee? When we kindly ask her "why don't you ask the owner (husband) or the delivery guys." She hung up the phone on us! Twice! Again, shame on you lady.
And NO, you are wrong lady, we do not have to pay that. There is a better solution; You have just lost a good & loyal customers. And you know that.
We still can't believe that she screamed on the phone; No more delivery, no more pizza for us! "Oh dear God, what are we going to do now? We will starve to death!" :) Shame on you! God forbids that you are the only pizza store in the world. That means you will punish the customers as you please I guess.
Today, maybe just one customer you have lost but God knows how many more if you continue treat your customers with an attitude problem like yours and NOT telling people openly that you charge extra $2.00 delivery fee when you take the orders.
Because, if you are charging delivery fee to people and thinking that you have the right to charge then you should NOT accept extra tips from people!! Because nobody needs to pay for your company expenses.
Now there are three more things; 1- They used to charge taxes on top of that $2.00 delivery fee (Not anymore). Because we did a favor to them by telling that they can not charge taxes on services in Virginia. It is NOT OK.
2- Fairfax location DOES NOT charge a delivery fee. Alexandria location charges only $1.00. But for some reason Falls Church location charges $2.00. Just to let everyone know.
*3- We do NOT wish that to anyone, but you may and/or will not understand how we feel until you get the same type of bad treatment after being a good & loyal customers for a long time to this place. Apparently money is much more important than the customer service here.

A BEARD HAIR CAME OUT OF THE STONE HOT PIZZA DOUGH.When I tried to pull it out, it wouldn’t come out—it was embedded inside. The hairy pizza is still with me, it’s at home.
Stone Hot gets all their pizza dough from the same place and distributes the same dough to all their branches. When I called Stone Hot and said I wanted to speak with the manager, they hung up on me.
They’ve also sent me burnt pizza several times. I didn’t want to leave a review, but a hair in the pizza at Stone Hot is unacceptable. And the way they handled the situation is also unacceptable.
They offered me a $20 gift card. I think even if they had offered $20,000, I wouldn’t have accepted it—because I don’t think I’ll ever eat from there again. They told me I can use that credit for friends. I absolutely won’t have my friend eat at this place where I don’t eat.
ANSWER TO THE STORE’S RESPOND:
I still have the original WhatsApp texts with Stone Hot Manager, just like I still have the pizza hair embedded inside . Here is the what manager texted to me and these are exactly manager’s words: “ This hair inside the dough I will call the company today to complain this is not acceptable”… and Managers another message “I understand you brother. I would be upset too. I called the company and sent them your picture they will investigate. Meanwhile please let me know how to make it up to you?” ….. He meant by referring to “The Company” is “The company where they all bought same pizza dough”… So one of the manager claiming they bought pizza dough somewhere else but one of them claiming they do it at store. So here's what happened. I made an order over the phone arrived there 5 minutes later payed for it $49 the order contained 3 items. food was not ready yet so I sat down waiting for it and as I was waiting one of the customers complained that his food (Chicken Wings) not exactly what he had ordered. I watched Einstein behind the register give him someone else's order and told him that he doesnt have to wait he can just give him someone else's food since they ordered the same thing.
30 seconds later he called my name and told me that they made a mistake with my order of wings and that im gonna have to wait for them to remake it. Yeeep Einstein gave him my order not knowing I was there watching the whole thing! I told him that I saw what happened he apologized and turned his back and started laughing with one of his staff. Waited 12 minutes for the wings, by the time it was ready my pizza and other order got cold and wet half of it ended up in trash!
