Some of the staff need to be retrained in customer service and listening skills. I have severe social anxiety and I would rather leave and not buy my groceries than to be put on the spot and have 10 people in line behind me, staring. I had to go back to try to get something to get a deal they had, and I told them to just void the transaction and I would get back in line, but they refused and made everyone wait for no reason because the item I needed wasn't available. 🙄 After this, they overcharged me and because of that, I had to take things off because I live on a fixed income and I had a limit. This further increased my anxiety levels as there was still a line of people glaring at me. When I got to my car I had to keep myself from having a panic attack because of the way I was treated and looked at by everyone. I went back into the store after looking at my receipt and doing the math twice myself. I was given a return, but it still wasn't all of the money they overcharged me for. 🤷♀️ The manager that did the return of my money was the most helpful and nicest person I've seen in that store. I like the deals there, but the employees except for that manager that were there yesterday were quite rude and a bit judgmental. Definitely need to hire some people with better customer...

I ordered some chicken (from the Deli) days in advance and paid for it in advance $200 dollars worth for my mother’s repast for after her funeral went to pick it up with the receipt in hand (because I thought you had to have a receipt to pick it up) but obviously not, they’ll just give your order to a random person that comes in and say they’re picking up some chicken. As a person already grieving this was hard for me. They don’t check receipts, so I ended up not having chicken for my mother’s repast until an hour later because they handed my paid for order to a random person. (And it wasn’t even what I paid for, it was a random order that they just gave me, basically they gave me what they had not my order) This really messed up my mother’s repast after her funeral and I’ll never forget this. I’m writing this review to let others know to be careful when ordering from this store especially if it’s for an important event. I don't mind I know what its for and I don't mind paying for the employee wages the delivery and the factory caring for our food well actually I do.
Because the service in this store the unfriendly attitude of the workers are appalling.
I will never shop at this store and I would urge anyone to go to Wal-Mart.
They will not steal an extra 10% and the employees treat you like a person.
I do expect more from this store. Especially since I'm paying for everything else Wages, Delivery, and the warehouse pay.
Since I pay for that it would be nice for the employees to start treating clients like we matter.
