I ordered delivery, Big Box, which they did not bother to put the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks in. I also ordered extra ranch, which was not in with my order when delivered. (I paid $4.69 delivery + $3 tip on my card and another $5 when delivered bc of the storm and the kindness of someone willing to bring it to me as I am disabled due to a car accident.) It was raining pretty heavily, and I am just down visiting. I called, and the young "lady" asked if I could just either go up there or go somewhere and buy some ranch. Did I not just pay for it, as well as for it to be delivered? I just wanted them to know so they could pay closer attention to orders going out after mine. The girl was not happy with that advice, even if I was sincerely nice about it. Anyhow, the next day, the manager, Mr. Aaron, called me back and asked me what had happened. I explained it all. He gave me a credit that can only be used at the Pizza Hut here in Bainbridge, but I am dog/ house sitting, so Idk if I'll get a chance to use it as I live an hour away. Needless to say, the cheese sticks were dry without any marinara. The dogs got to enjoy them. The pizza was okay; a bit greasy. No complaints on the pasta. Chicken Alfredo was surprisingly done perfectly with no hard spots in the pasta. I would have given 1 star as a rating, but considering Mr. Aaron called me back and tried to make it right, I will give him 3 stars for his efforts. Thank you, sir...

I placed a contactless delivery in which it stated it should make it to my house at 445. 30 minutes after the said time, I called to find out what was the eta on the pizza. The guy who answered the phone hands the phone to the delivery driver so she could explain to me what's happened. She stated the number she was calling was an Atlanta number who said they didn't order a pizza. Due to detours and not knowing her way around town after being here for a year, she brought the pizza back to the store. When the main road to my house was still open, I don't understand how the other detours affected my house. When asked how the Atlanta number was on my contact, she stated that it has to be put on it by a customer. Having this same number and app for years, I double checked to make sure the mix up wasn't on my end. In which the email that I have clearly states my phone number. Had I not called about the whereabouts of my pizza, there wouldn't have been any form of contact to inform me what was going on and no pizza. Almost an hour later, the pizza is delivered lukewarm. Called back the next day manager on duty said she had no idea of what I was talking about and I should call back when the other manager is there. How unprofessional?! I suggested she take my number and have that manager call me back as I'm not the one that made a mistake or lied.. Two days later still hadn't heard from anyone so I call back and get the first manager who said she placed a credit on my account. Okay so why say you were remaking the order and delivering it previously and why didn't the other manager see this credit. However I thanked her for her gesture. Called that night to place an order two employees said they didn't see a credit only to go ask her and she approve to give me a credit she never input into the system. Talk about unprofessional! All for some extra greasy, unchessy barely having meat tomato filled bread. The ONLY reason i ever ordered from them was because my daughter likes it but this will be the last time. I will take my business to dominos or American pie. Bainbridge pizza hut really needs a staff makeover before they go out...
