This store has great items! spoke with them on multiple occasions, I give my actual experience a 1 star Purchased a stove from this company and the receptionist spoke with Michael who i assume to be the owner & agreed then told me delivery time would be around 9-9:30am Michael also was speaking with multiple people in this party within this process. Upon purchasing the stove there were added fees that were not told about , delivery fee , a stairs feeā¦.Michael also asked to have someone there for help and charged another $5-$10. The day of delivery he reached out on Facebook around 9 stating he was about to shower and head that way. He also had numbers for multiple people in the party & we all had been communicating via phone before this. After not seeing the facebook message it was now 12p. We reached out to Michael to try to gather a time for delivery , he stated he did not know a time and would call us 30 mins before to let us know when he was coming. Michael said could not ballpark it between a time frameā¦as stated we had someone to help then he gave me 1 hr he may be on the way. We had people there since the morning & had now been waiting some time. After a VERY inappropriate call of mr Micheal yelling and using profanity with one person in the party. The person in the party then hung upon Mr Michael. Another person in the party reached out , to clear confusion & Michael now stated he was on his way. Michael did not arrive until 4:00pm When Michael arrived he walked around asked how long the parties had been there. while drinking a soda & asked which party was the inappropriate call involved with. As none of the members in the party initiated in this type of interaction Michael continued Doing all this sarcastically Michael then proceeds to unhooked the stove while continuing to speak sarcastically towards one person in the party. After unhooking the stove that was secured tightly to a refrigerator with a piece of wood between them. Michael told one person in the party he would drop it on the concrete and then leave. After trying to get understanding as why he would do that because we paid stair , delivery & help fees Michael then stated āDo not worry about it ā And that he will refund the full amount and keep the stove. This interaction was not loud , no type of altercation was involved. Michael then proceeded to now re hook and secure the appliances on the trailer again. Once Michael tightly secured the appliances Michael stated he will refund the payment same way we initially paid. Michael then pulled off . No stove was delivered and time was wasted due to lack of time management within this company. I had to get a repair person to help me with a washer. there was a cord left in the dryer drum which could have potentially caused a fire in my new home. Merchandise came 5 days late because the owner got drunk the night before delivery. Iām in recovery so I didnāt hold this against him. he assured me that he would be at my home early the following Friday. he arrived Friday around 3:30pm. I had to call several times. I also had to request a refund to get him to respond. Ensure that he is delivering to you sober for your own safety. EDITED TO ADD: I had a repair person come to look at my washer. He found the cord in the dryer so I was not using the dryer. This man is just trying to make excuses for offering me a free cord, which is a joke. The day that it was delivered on should not matter. I was more than accommodating when someone never showed to my home the first time because he was drunk. When I called him, he screamed at me about expecting him to work around my schedule, but I was trying to have a couch delivered to a residence I did not yet live at, and was having to walk 30-35 min each day to meet him only to turn around. Eventually I was told I was asking too much, and that I would have to come get it myself. I got a ride, and retrieved it.
Couch did not have its original legs, but something thrown together with scrap wood, there was stains and tears as well, all of which were not immediately visible on the advertisement...
