Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Louisiana

Hi me and my wife came through the drive through ,we took the time to view the menu then began to order , the young lady that took the order was very rude not only was she rude but she also was rushing us at the speaker. We finally finished ordering and pulled up to the window she did not even know our order but rushed us at the speaker . We then told her our order after she continued to mention the wrong order, then told us ok went to the back car back took the payment then asked would we like to change our drink because the soda was out . (Mind you we are still waiting on food and we have been to the window for at least 4 minutes already) so the rude young lady then asked us to pull around and they would walk out our order to us (we ordered churros , breakfast burrito , breakfast sandwich,)! We then pulled up in the parking lot to wait for the food and the food still took at least 10 additional minutes . The cook brought out the order and her was rude as hell his self. Before I left the window we asked for picante sauce and jelly 2xs the young lady said ok but obviously wasn’t listening due to focusing on her personal phone while in the window fixing my drinks . So ok we get the order there are no jelly or picante sauce but a bag of taco sauce and missing a hash brown, the burrito was so sloppy and bust open all wet up the breakfast sandwich was even old the sausage had to had been made the hash brown was drenched in grease which lead to it going through the bag of food! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JACK IN THE BOX DUE TO HORRIBLE , RUDE , & MESSY SERVICE !!!!!!! A...

The kids who work there are nice for the most part but the drive up traffic during COVID has the line backed up and they are overwhelmed sometimes. They were getting better before the pandemic so I don't hold it against them in this unusual situation. There are three servers who are very good at the window with the right personality-- two young ladies and a young man. Everything's not always available on the menu. Everything on the breakfast menu is not available all day as the ads say. My mother likes a breakfast croissant in the afternoon but don't try to get one after 2pm. I like the chicken teriyaki bowls. Sometimes they run out of rice. Serving sizes are appropriate. The soft drinks are super large and there are sugar free sodas which is my jam on a hot day. If you like fries, there is a variety of styles. I would advise a daytime manager to be aware of how she talks to her team in front of customers. I heard the yelling once from the drive-thru.

UPDATE: This is the closest to us. I'm still running by to get breakfast sandwiches for my mother who loves the croissant breakfast sandwich. I ordered the door dash they didn't have the caramel for the iced coffee which was fine it took 20 minutes later to get my orders and it should have and they're not usually very busy around this time that I'm aware of the shake was melted the tacos were burnt the jalapeno poppers were all right the fries were well as you'd expect their fries from a delivery order but this place is half a mile away from where I live to the burgers I did not receive I did receive compensation from doordash for the missing items on the order but still pretty disappointing I've ordered from this location before and it's been really good but then again I've also ordered from this location in my order sat there for hours and hours before it died because nobody was there to either make the food or you know whatever the case may be usually around the same time of night in the middle of the week. Not really sure on the staffing issues with the place I don't know if they have employees that aren't doing their job or maybe they just don't have the employees which is very likely still an issue that needs to be...
