I thought this BK was moving up in the world but I was wrong. My last visit a month ago was so good I sent great feedback through. Today back to the old ways. Ordered 2 chicken wraps. Had to pull around front instead of reversing to reset their timers. Got my order within a few min and the spicy wraps were dripping so much red sauce, it got on me and in the car. The fried breading was nonexistent and just everywhere. It looks like an unborn fetis. Tried to go inside for a replacement and all doors locked. This was at 12:45pm. Finally had the lady come to the door. I showed her and it was no response or anything. Just took it and locked the door. Now 10 min later, timed, I received the new wraps. No sorry, no eye contact, or anything. Just a piissed off looking employee unhappy to be there. The wraps looked much better, even though I was hesitant to eat them. I wonder how this place is still open. It's always something. Drive-thru only too! They don't want you to see how bad it is inside. That should tell...
   Read moreThis location needs to CLOSE PERMANENTLY!!!!! I went there about 2 or three weeks ago & almost nothing was working (Computer system was DOWN, fountain drinks in the lobby NOT WORKING, All the people from the drive-thru came inside behind me in line & they all received their food before me!!!!!!! To top that off I was told, after the fact, that I couldnât get a receipt. I requested hot fries & didnât get them, & instead of 4 chicken tenders it was more like 3 & one-half!!!)
My brother went here again today, & had a similar experience. STILL NO RECEIPT!!!!!! He ordered me a Big King Jr. w/crispy bacon, add extra onions. Instead, I received a double cheeseburger & the top of the bun looked as if it had fallen on the floor. Took it back & asked for the manager and was given a new one, but, the manager didnât supervise it being made. So, If I hadnât been watching It being made I would have received it made WRONG for a second time!!!

   Read moreMy hubby and I decided to grab something to eat tonight and the service had me mortified. First of all, I pulled up to Burger King around 10:00pm-10:15pm and the line was already long. We wait at least 15-20 mins to get to the speaker just to tell the employee we had a mobile order pickup. As soon as we get to the window, the employee hands is the wrong food. Then when we brought it to his attention he asked what did we have. We told two different workers our orders and was told to pull up and wait til they bring the food out (which was about another good 15mins). As soon as the employee brought the food out, we checked it. Everything was cold⊠ours burgers were cold (and looked like a 4 year old dumped a bottle of ketchup on them). Fries were soggy and cold. The only thing they had right were the drinks. I wonât be returning, this isnât the first time something like this has happened, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but itâs definitely...
