Grand Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Baker

Crowded place. The cashier was friendly. She had gloves on when taking people payment. The problem came in when she would use the same gloves to cook peoples order and I seen her touch the inside of the frying back with the same gloves she used to take customers payments. Then proceeded to put the chicken in the fryer and dropped it in the grease. She come back to the front to take more customers orders then go back to the kitchen and with the same gloves pull up the chicken in the frying basket and touched it with the same gloves, then dropped it back in grease and her mom in the back walked up and started cooking. Never seen her wash her hands. Like two minutes later, she pulls up the chicken in the fry basket and touches it with her bare hands before putting it back in the grease. The mom still had no gloves on. This is a very unsanitary place to eat, and I would not...

If I could've given 0 stars I would!! I should've known from the funny smell when I walked in that the food would be bad. If you have had real Chinese food you would definitely agree that this food is beyond terrible!! I ordered $28 worth of trash....my children even asked what we were eating bc it tasted totally different from any Chinese food we've ever had. We ordered sesame seed chicken and General Tso chicken....even the lo mein noodles were terrible!! If I didn't live so far from the restaurant I would've went back for a refund....unfortunately $28 worth of food went to waste....couldn't even tough it out and just eat it!! NEVER...

It's a great little "hole in the wall" style restaurant. It's not a 5 star dining experience, but you wouldn't want it to be. It's is really good Chinese food that is always hot and ready when you go and pick it up. The owner is always very friendly and remembers who you are and what you order if you are a repeat customer. It's inexpensive and very fast. If by some stretch of the imagination they mess something up, they'll fix it for you. I've been eating there for well over 10 years and it's always my go to for the rare occasion I get take out...
