None of the items on shelves are priced! I purchased a case of soda that was on sale $11.99 a Small bag of ice, 2 packages of Bar S hot-dogs ( that are $1.19 @ walmart and 1 loaf of bread! I was charged $29.58 Without an itemized receipt, just a receipt with the transaction number and total! I went back in and questioned the prices? $3.49 for small bag of ice, $11.99 soda, $2.99 each for hot-dogs, $4.99 for 1 loaf of bread, two for grocery, 1 .50 and 1 .05 ( EXTREMELY ) ' OVER~PRICED ' I just want to inform and warn other people of the characteristics of this place, the prices change if your white or old, just another one of those people who will get one over on you, IF HE...

I’m all for change but since these new owners have taken over, nothing has been the same. Everything’s more expensive, groceries aren’t the same. They mostly sale beer. I noticed one day the guy that owns the place was walking straight towards the group of older guys that hang around and talk; once he saw they were not on the property but the sidewalk he came back inside and spoke to, who I’m guessing is his wife, in an angry way and pointing towards them. The staff at food village are vary helpful,the owners recently took over the store and are always on hand to assist when needed, also in addition is remodeling of the meat department,the butcher are professional and the meats are always fresh,so when you're in the Rexland acre area and to get the store pay a visit to Food village for that ole fashion...
