I might be wrong as a few friends love this place. I will not be returning. Food quality is poor with lots of fat in the meat. We ordered 4 Carne asada street tacos but could have easily made a 5th Taco with all the fat we had to spit out of the 4 other tacos. Side of beans tasted oily/greasy with most of it left uneaten. Mexican rice was dry and bland but we ate all of it as it was the best thing that we had and we were all very hungry. Menudo was okay at best but doesn't come with hardly any fixings, just a shaker of oregano and a few corn tortillas. A good bowl of mendudo usually comes with lots of fixings including cabbage, diced jalapeños, crushed red peppers, oregano, and lemon or lime. Tripe is cut extra large, which I learned that I am not a fan of so I left most of that uneaten. Sitting area is all outdoors in a covered patio which is kind of neat but not cleaned regularly and nothing to keep Flys away. Getting in and out of the parking lot is slightly tricky. All of this at the same price as a traditional sit down Mexican restaurant. I hate to leave without saying something nice so...the single, all gender, bathroom was very clean. I am probably wrong as the place was busy and several customers looked like they eat here regularly. Maybe we just ordered the wrong thing or came at...
Read moreI am so glad someone mentioned this place to me. My girlfriend and I walked up and instantly smelled the spices from the grill - It was mouth watering! After speaking with the owner, Ceasar, he served me his famous chicken plate and my girl the beef birria. The chicken was perfectly cooked, super tender and enjoyable to the last bite. I honestly thought I was a master griller until I had this chicken. To say it was the best chicken I have ever had is an understatement... It's the best chicken I ever will have, nothing will top it. I'm coming back multiple times a week if I can. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Friendly staff with people who actually love their job. You can taste it in the food....
Read moreI must say , I believe they over charged my debit account. I ordered 2 items ,a carne asada burrito and that nobles with virria cup and they charged me 27 dollars. I could have sworn they said 18 dollars witch at that price I thought it was too much. Considering I can get all of that at a taco truck for a lot less just a few steps away. I still gave it a shot and i must say I wasn’t impressed. The cup with virria was way too salty and the burrito was ok. I don’t plan on going back for that price it’s not worth 27 dollars that’s for sure. I could have actually bought 10 tacos that I know I would have enjoyed for way less than...
