The Palms Shopping Center — Local services in Bakersfield

I went to skin kings tattoo. My artist was heavy handed. Laughed at me when i told him vasoline irritates my skin. Laughed when i told him he was going a bit hard over the same spots repeatedly. Charged me 950$ for 1 tattoo that someone else will have to fix. Had no certificate of completion hanging on the wall and i did not sign any papers prior to tattooing like most artists have you do. The business in this shopping center are great. The problem is the parking lot. It is just too small to serve this many businesses. The layout is so awkward and there are huge planters everywhere which limits the parking. I've seen a few pedestrians hit by cars in this parking lot because there are no parking spots directly in front of the businesses. There is a driving lane that wraps in front of all the store fronts. Its so weird. The worst. I never thought i would feel this strongly about a shopping center's parking lot, but...

Good size strip mall with several shopping stores, and restaurants, El Patron, Mandy’s, Subway, Just Wing it and of course a Starbucks. I’ve been to Mandy’s, it’s nice, clean and has good food.
