The chipotle mayo spread across the bun is a a slight spice of delight. But if it's wings you're looking for, than you've stepped into the right place. Whether you're looking for traditional wings, super spicy wings (Dead Man Walking) or simple flavors (Garlic Parmasean, Lemon Pepper) this is the right place. Do you like bacon? Because you can get your wings bacon wrapped! Customer service is amazing here! As a returning customer, I don't ever need to ask for a beer or food. The amazing employees know what I like everytime I come in to their establishment. It's almost like walking into an episode of the hit 80's television show, "Cheers". My experience was by far the worse in Bakersfield. The girl they had working Saturday night on 8-29-15 was so rude and her appearance was not appropriate for a restaurant. It seemed as if she was just trying to get us out so she can go home. My food was over cooked and hard it was hurting my teeth after 2 bites I coudnt do it so I asked to get something different and she right away said no. We ordered 4 orders of 10 piece wings and no one was happy with the wings so they asked for extra spicy sauce (what the wings were suppose to have) and even for that she charged us extra. The last thing was that while I was still eating she grabbed my plate thinking I was done and I told her "hey im still eating". overall the service was just terrible thanks to that girl and the food and since we were all mexicans they must of felt the need to play ganster music over...

1st off i went to this location on panama to get wings its was a busy night i got soggy wings that looked like they had been fried twice... I look down im stepping in something that looked like black tar, they replied with an answer of the fryer spilled, i then said i hope u didnt fry my chicken in that oil... He said no your wings been done... I get home to realize my order for pick up was not only TERRIBLE, I was told by management that the issues would be fixed... Now every time i call i get hung up on and spoke to rudely never recieved that call back from management or my proper food or money back.... Havent ate there since...
