Absolutely terrible experience at Jack in the Box on Stine Road

I went in and specifically asked for a fresh order of fries for my 1-year-old daughter — not a complicated or unreasonable request. What I was served was a small, sad portion of overcooked, cold, leftover curly fries that clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp. (See photo for reference.)

When I asked about it, the employee — who I believe was the manager — acted as if I had dropped the fries in the bag myself. She was condescending and rude, basically calling me stupid over the situation instead of fixing the issue like a professional. No apology. No courtesy. Just attitude.

If this is how you treat a parent trying to get safe food for a toddler, your store has serious customer service issues. Unacceptable behavior from both the staff and the person in charge. I won’t be returning to this location and I hope corporate takes a hard look at how this place...

I went to this Jack in Box on Friday night after work and I ordered the #14 chicken strip and Curly Fries and a diet Coke and my total was $12.13 and I handed the girl my gift card and she looked at me and swiped my gift card and said there is nothing on the card and I said there is $25.12 on the card and she said trust me there is nothing on the card..the Card was a $50.00 card used twice and there was money on the card.. I just canceled my order and I left and I called the number on the back of the card and the recording said I had $25.12 on the card and I went to another Jack in the box and I got my order what I ordered at this Jack in the box with no problem and I talked to their Manager and he said he will talk to their General Manager about your Jack in the box and that girl should not be in customer service..she was a very Rude to me..The Jack in the box I went to was 6815 Stine Road...

After 9 months decided to give this location another shot. I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement of the presentation compared to my last visit. All praise was lost when eating my sandwich the chicken patty was not fully cooked and felt like I was chewing on cold rubber coated in a crunchy batter. Drove back and drive thru person asked for the food back and examined it. She came back and said they were going remake my order. Overall every time I've come to this location it has been a bad experience sad part is it's the closest to my home. I am officially refusing to come to this location honestly can't believe how Everytime I cave and give this location benefit of the doubt it...
