The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

This is the best coffee bean ever:) I came in and asked the difference between the pure and midnight cookies and cream drinks and by the nice cashier was given an answer to suffice my question, then I didn't realize until after i got my drink that i accidentally ordered the pure one even though i wanted the midnight. I at first drank it anyway cuz it was really yummy and i didn't have any complaints. I soon after felt i really wanted to try the midnight c&c so i went back to the cashier ready to pay for any extra add ons to the one i had to make the midnight c&c or just a new drink, so asked a diff girl if it was possible, and she said yes! right away, so she started making a new one so i waited a bit then she just gave me the midnight c&c for free!!! I hinted i could pay for it but she said i could just keep both so i was like aw well that's sweet so i tipped this staff cuz i saw that they're all so sweet, hardworking and kind :) thank you!

p.s. it's so spacious in here with a lot of charging outlets even on top of the tables + also the midnight c&c...

I placed an order through the mobile application for pickup. Upon arriving at the location I noticed signage at the door that it was drive thru pickup only.

The issue was that my work truck does not fit in the drive thru, it is too long and cannot make the turns.

I was unable to contact the store, I tried calling to ask to cancel my order but they just refused to pick up the phone. I tried emailing customer service and got a generic response.

I was not informed that the it was drive thru only when I PLACED the order on the application. I only found that out when I got to the store. I had absolutely no recourse and can’t even talk to anybody about it. It’s $12 so it’s not the biggest deal just that you expect better customer service from what I thought was a...

Clean ,spacious ,well lit space and friendly staff . We ordered a few different things and everything was ready within minutes . The only thing I did not like was that there was way too much ice in all drinks except for the cookie butter frappe . The ice occupied 70% of the glass and there hardly was any beverage after a few sips . They should probably let people know that in advance or probably give a choice to go light on ice. We also had the banana bread which was just average .The Mango cold brew tea was really flavorful and not too seeet. The caramel latte was rich and yummy . The dark chocolate latte though was just flavored icy coffee and nothing else . Pricing...
