Print n Go — Local services in Baldwin Township

Owner showed huge lack of customer care, respect, and most of honesty. I returned 5 hours later to pick up my packages bc they were STILL NOT READY!!!. This coupled with the fact that he denied receiving a separate package after initial visit. When he finally fessed up to his mistake, there was no apology. Tony, must be independently wealthy and just use his store as a tax write off. He rudely told me to take my business elsewhere . When u care so little about having a satisfied, re peat customer, one worries how he's able to afford to stay open. He refused to give me all my packages. Only when I told him I would be forced to call the police- he change his horrible attitude from rotten to worse. To top it off he gave me a box that wasn't even mine! I caught his mistake by read the label, informing him him he just gave me someone else's package !!. I don't relish having to leave this review. My goal is to only prevent someone else from having a experience like this. I promptly mailed may packages from POST OFFICE. They were glad to receive my business and the 375$$ I paid for shipping. Oh, I was also promised my items would be bubble wrapped and double boxed None of that was done as...

I asked for 60 pieces of regular paper with 4 fliers.on one sheet cut down.

That would give me 240 fliers. NOT POST CARDS.

He gave me these for $30 and only gave me 60 pieces.

Total rip off.

I get most my printing done by FYI printing in Ohio and I don't care if I'm in a crunch I'll never come back here again.

The price list even is for post cards which is a heavier still for less.

Charged me $5 to print off 3 pieces of black and white papers and charged me more than what the going shipping rates were twice! Every time I go here the owner/manager stares at my purse and clothing and up charges me because I have nice things. I highly do not recommend this place unless you'd only need to go every one in a great while.
