The guys there make this a very successful business. They have been working there a long time and they can rely on their knowledge of vehicles and parts to make sure you get the correct parts. They know their parts and they aren't afraid to break out the books and look up your part to ensure you get the right part the first time. The lines are never long because they usually have 3 employees working the counter. I hate going to Autozone in Kingsville and standing in line 10 minutes just to be told the part isnt in stock, have them order it, stand back in line for 10 minutes to pick up my part only for it to be the wrong part. My truck has 9 u-joints and I used to go to Autozone and Oriellys to get them and they would be the wrong part. I started going to bumper to bumper in Ball and they have never given me the wrong part.

Yesterday I literally went to 15 to 20 different places looking for a special adapter fitting. I was so exhausted and stressed driving all day with my ac out in my truck just to find 1 part to fix my ac. On the way home I said what the heck and swung by bumper to bumper, told the man what I had spent all day looking for and he pops a book open and walks to the back and comes back a minute later with the part in hand. I literally felt myself choking up inside from relief.

You can count on these guys to come through. I wish more people would shop there instead of those big box stores because this is their living and they are great at what they do. At the box stores, most employees are just passing through waiting for something better to come along and a lot of times they have little to no experience about vehicles, tools or parts. Go to these experts at bumper to bumper, they genuinely want your repeat business and will take care of you right the first time.
