Went in to have my truck aligned. They did the job and sent me on my way. Immediately after leaving I noticed the vehicle wasn’t driving very well. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go home and rotate the tires. Did that and the truck still drives bad. So I called to tell them they needed to look at it again which they said they couldn’t that Saturday, said they could Monday but they already knew I was leaving out of town Sunday. So I asked for my money back which they gave it back but I had to drive 30 minutes back to the shop to get it. Which when I got there I didn’t need to be in person to do the transaction. So they made me drive up there for nothing. I’m now 3 trips in with this place. Then I drove around trying to get someone else to align it. When I finally found myself at the dealership, out of town they let me know that the adjustment collar was froze up and needed to be replaced in order to even adjust it. So come to find out this place lied about adjusting the vehicle and was hoping I wouldn’t come back so they could pocket the money. That’s a shame that they would lie to someone and send them back on the road and even out of town with a faulty part and a job they didn’t do all for 110$. Wouldn’t recommend doing business with this place. After about 2.5 hours I f driving and trying to get my truck aligned I now know this whole time I should have been chasing a part instead. Asked for a certain brand of tires and was assured another brand was just as good and came with 40,000 mile warranty. They couldn’t get my tire light to go off after replacing tires and I had to go to dealership to have it reset. Three weeks after I bought the tires one day while driving I felt like one of the tires wasn’t right-out of balance or maybe a small knot so I went and asked them to check and they refused to check the tires and said because it was raining that is why it wasn’t driving smoothly as usual. Two weeks later on the interstate out of town one of the tires blew out. Brought back to shop and they claimed the gash on the inner part of tire was from hitting a curb which I had not hit any curbs! Did not honor warranty and charged me for another tire because a gashed tire cannot...

Girlfriend cracked a rim on her Camaro SS after she hit a stealth pot hole on flaggon creek rd....this was late on a Saturday after Thanksgiving. We were in a bind. Sam was working alone that day and offered us a great deal on four new rims that looked better than factory. She already had new tires so we wrapped them on some really nice 20" Niches. Full service, mounted, balanced, and free alignment...even helped load up the old wheels and gave me advice on getting the one wheel repaired and what they would sell for cash outright.
