2/14/23 New review I can’t say enough about how much I love this place and the employees. I have been here several times & am completely happy. Thank you for your help during a difficult time.

If you have any medical issue at all ; please don’t go anywhere else; but a Total Access Urgent Care Facility! I was in a lot of pain in my left abdominal area; Going around to my back. I put off going: but I’m so happy Because the moment you walk inside: each & every employee has a smile & soothing attitude.

Dr Jason Schlautman is fantastic! He was quite Warm and friendly; quick to make sure I was comfortable & not in as much pain. He really listened attentively to me and my symptoms; the EMT’S & CT person were excellent to put me at ease.

I can’t say enough about the praises for this team in the Chesterfield office.

Dr. Schlautman makes himself available when I had a question for him about follow up. Thank all of you 🙋‍♀️💯💯💯💯💯

Yesterday, I was in a lot of pain, and decided to return to the Chesterfield TAUC . I have had trouble finding a good primary Care Dr. I posted a review here 2years ago : see above ⬆️ I am truly grateful to everyone who is employed here!

I want to say a huge thank you for all of the staff -from the moment I walked in the door: It is always a positive, caring, & empathetic atmosphere.

While you’re being treated ; people are exceptionally caring , compassionate , & Super friendly .

Staff kept checking in on me while I was receiving IV fluids and I while I got a CAT scan ;

everyone was kind and caring , and treated me like valued human , being not just a number.

I was very pleased that it was my same doctor Schlautman who walked into my immaculately clean exam room.

He has a very kind bedside manner .

He listens intentionally and puts you at ease !

my blood pressure dropped , my pulse dropped &

the longer I was there I was reassured and checked on , all the while explaining and reassuring me of what was going to happen next .

I feel better after they gave me instructions for my aftercare & they gave me a diagnosis.

And when you’re feeling miserable you do not want to have to go and pick up medication‘s at a pharmacy so I got my medicine right there on the spot.

From the moment I checked out , you feel cared for

you feel compassion and it’s not like going to a doctors...

If i could give LESS than one star i would. I was on my deathbed when i came into this CIRCUS of a medical office and they refused to help me or check me at all unless i pulled out $100 and handed it to them. They were the most inconsiderate group of NONprofessionals i have ever met. If i wasn’t dying i would have never stayed. My mother is witness to everything that happened, they kept sending in different people every HOUR to tell me the doctor was coming while i couldn’t stop vomiting. I was continuously vomiting BILE and they still didn’t send in the doctor. EVENTUALLY AFTER FOUR HOURS OR SO the “doctor” came in and didn’t tell me what i had and had seemingly no intention of even trying to find out what was wrong with me. I basically had to beg for an IV to save my life while i was in dark dark room that was FREEZING i was in so much pain while also shivering from the cold. They asked me to take my blood for some tests and I said NO. the nurse insisted(( while i was in SOOO much pain) and did it against my wishes. They had been asking me to take every test they had like they were just wracking up my bill. this wasn’t about trying to figure out what was wrong with me; they’re trying to MAKE MONEY OFF SICK HUMAN BEINGS. This isn’t an area of business you make profits off of. The point of this place was supposed to be to help heal sick human beings. In the end, after multiple tests, two IV bags, 8 hours of being there, and vomiting my life away the doctor said he had NO IDEA what was wrong with me. I noticed this morning wasn’t coming to an end and I wanted to leave but could barely walk out on my own. I tried to leave but they basically barricaded the door and stopped me at the desk to sign something and ask for $236 MORE which honestly made me even more ill. They never told me they were wracking up an insane bill and my mom is witness to this. Not only were they rude cold and inconsiderate the NURSE at the front desk had the audacity to argue with my mom about the bill. This is the nastiest “medical business” i have ever seen and i would NEVER want anyone else to experience this in their lifetime. My daughter and I both received outstanding attentive care & support during our visit. I arrived for a COVID test on Tuesday morning. They explained each step of the process. Then, the Dr. - Dr. Carlye Dysktra came back and told me my results. She carefully explained all my treatment options. She listened to all my concerns attentively and patiently. Furthermore, she answered all of my many questions, even though I asked some repeatedly. I felt supported and reassured despite my many fears and questions. I though that we would be treated like a leper or someone with the plague. The total opposite was true. We received the utmost attentiveness. I especially appreciated how they explained each step of the process and all the options. I would highly recommend this site and their services to anyone. When our family practice doctor hosted a telehealth appointment with us that evening, I promptly reported our positive experience. He was thoroughly impressed with their updated research and feedback regarding treatment options. Again, I would highly recommend this Urgent Care for their services. This is high praise. I have had negative experiences with other facilities that left me cautious and hesitant to go in for treatment. I will NOT hesitate to go back if needed.
