ALDI — Local services in Baltimore

I am a long time Aldi customer it is my primary grocery retailer. I normally shop at the Catonsville MD location , however I purchased a house just two blocks from.this location and have been going here. I would like to congratulate them on the recent renovation which was one of the last stores in the greater Baltimore region to be upgraded.

There are several problems with this location compared to other locations in the area namely Catonsville. Staffing this store is often under staffed and has very poor management leadership. There are times you will see lines to the back of the store yet only one cashier is working while other staff is doing "non emergency " shelf stocking while customers wait in line for extended periods of time . This is something that does not occur at location located in other areas of the region.

Pricing at this location is significantly higher then other locations, the website says this is due to.staffing yet this store is understaffed and poor managed. I think the store leadership take the community for granted since this location services a senior customer base who may not have the ability to travel to Catonsville or owings mills. I think corporate needs to come.an audit this location and consider taking it in a new...

My Neighborhood Quick Stop!!! In less than 5 mins. from my drive to Aldi's I can be in line for organic veggies and fruits, a quick and tasty veggie pizza for dinner AMD a crunchy 🥗 for dinner. My neighborhood Aldi's is ALWAYS a place where I run into families/ friends of students I've taught over the years. When they closed for renovations and an upsweep this past year we were pleasantly surprised when the doors reopened. I was introduced to Aldi's on the eastside by some "Friends 'n' Family". I really appreciate now being able to drop by for a quick shop or at best One of my spots to shop for goodies on our list in right here in MY neighborhood. If I could change one thing...we Love fruits and fresh vegetables. However purchasing weekly sometimes the fruits have to be used up...

After being shopping with my husband and being in the store for over 30 minutes I have the need to use the restroom and there were close... I asked one of the employees and she told me that I have to ask one of the cashiers so they can give me the access to use the restroom... I went to ask the cashier and she answered “the restrooms are close” Even I begged her because I really needed it... she was very mean and told me very loud in front of the other customers “the restrooms are close”

I can’t believe that a important grocery store as this is it has no offer the access to restrooms to their customers... i buy in Aldo every single week.. and this is the first Aldi it doesn’t allow the access to restrooms... Absolutely no...
