Subway — Restaurant in Baltimore

This is by far the worst Subway restaurant Ive been to. The lady behind the counter was stocking bread into the oven when I walked in and when she saw me and my family walk in she did not acknowledge me for 3 whole minutes and kept right on doing what she was doin instead of servicing her customers. When she FINALLY did acknowledge us she had a rude, stinky attitude and kept rushing us along before we had a chance to complete our order. Then when my son was giving his order she all of a sudden couldnt understand english anymore and I had to repeat my sons entire order a total of 4 times. Ridiculous to say the least. Will never visit this...

The man who made the subs did not speak English, so ordering was complicated. He said we could use the coupons we had, but after the subs were made he rang them up at full price. I showed him the coupon again and he called some man on video chat who claimed to be the owner who said they do not accept coupons. It was a total waste of time. We went to another Subway 1 mile from there and got...

I am literally furious. We never received our delivery order, and when I called (8 times) i kept getting different voices "this number is no longer in service", which clearly isn't true. They outsource delivery to doordash... Who also hasn't been helpful. Order didn't arrive, and no way to communicate...
