Story time: So i went to her shop for pedicure and full set once the pedicure: was used with minimal water meaning they did not fill up the basin to do the pedicure. It was halfway full and it was towards the middle of the pedicure session so he filed the scrape before he put my foot into the water and then I wasnāt in the water for a long time before he took my feet out to finish the job. To be fair, the pedicure was the only thing I paid for. Manicure: miss Quinn was excited that she had her granddaughter newly in the shop doing art, nail art and designs. However, she would also be distracted by cell phone as to tuning out the customers. No customer service . Little Did they know I had turned on my translator and my headphones and this is why I was trying to talk to her asking her what would she suggest being that my hands are kind of small and she ignored me ignored me ignored ignored so after her drilling on my skin several times and I am steady, letting her know that hurt or that is hurting. I finally just tell her to stop and I would not pay. I refuse service due to her lack of care or concern. so what I did was to be fair I walked out on the nails and I told her Iām not paying for that because I know my rights and Iām unhappy with the service however, I will pay for the pedicure because the gentleman was nicer even though he could not speak English or just did not want to.. I refuse to spend money where Iām not appreciated and I know better because I know my worth and Iāma license cosmologist so now when I go, even though I did not return back to the store the same year I returned back at the end of 23. She still remember me and now I just deal with Miss Quinn to get my eyebrows arched and thatās it. She is a wonderful person when it comes down to taking care of the clients herself, but she is the older woman so she does need help with the shop. Some of her family members donāt have the same customer service experience or skills that she has and sheās trying to put them on so guys just be patient with her because Quinn does not forget a face or an event. She knows who everyone is when it comes down to the feedback on all these post she will remember you she will know who you are And she will let you know when you do return back to her door. Sheās gonna ask that question did you have a bad experience here the last time you come or she will know something to that fact she will ask you and I just say be honest I told her yes that was me and I havenāt been back since that day but now I go just to get my eyebrows arch just by her thatās it. I donāt deal with the rest of the family anymore when I go into the shop I just deal with her get my service done and Iām out the door. I believe if you guys take your time with her and talk to her. She will be able to assist you a little bit better because no one is in control of how someone else treats you however they can make a difference when it comes down to resolving the issue that someone else created. And theyāre supposed to be PROFESSIONALS! They got mad when she asked for polish and rhinestones and this is the result. Horrible paintjob, and they were rushing her out the door! No second fixes; this is the first result. The thumb is not even a SHAPE! When she asked for more glue (since she works and puts her hands in water) the male nail tech said āthatās your problemā so she got another tech. The next nail tech applied the rhinestones and the glue excessively and sloppily! They didn't even wipe the glue from my motherās skin. This is the LAST rime weāll EVER visit this nail salon. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

She will leave in the middle of doing your nails to do eyebrows for a walk-in customer and then rushes through your job to take the next customer. Go to Ricky, he does a better job and he is really nice. Prices are reasonable but be prepared to wait long on Saturdays and Sundays depending on when you get there. Expect random people walking into the store to tout their goods sometimes.
