Nail Studio — Local services in Baltimore

This was by far the worst experience I've EVER had in a nail salon. The man that did my nails was angry disrespectful and abusive. I came in with basic polish on because I haven't gotten my nails done in 2 years. So my nails were very natural. He wanted to drill the polish off and drilled to my skin..completely raw. ..I asked him politely not to because it hurt. He was very angry and started the nails. With polish still on half. When he finished I could still see all the old polish under my French manicure and he said put color on it. I wanted French manicures..so he got crazy angry and cut them all off..he was so rough. I was in shock. I just cried. He was throwing stuff, yelling at me. I thought he was gonna hit me. It was overwhelming. We definitely should not be supporting this type of business in our community I've never been called so many names in my life. I couldn't even respond because he was so aggressive and angry I thought they were gonna attack me. I mean what did I do to warrant such aggressive behavior....

This place is TERRIBLE, if I could give zero stars I would. Let’s start with they advertise that they open at 9AM. Didn’t arrive til well after 9:30, greeted them. They gave attitude and asked “what do I want” I was coming for eyebrows manicure and pedicure. The woman starts my eyebrows and I’m telling her I want them thick she’s trying to negotiate that I should get them THIN. IM PAYING MY MONEY, DO THEM HOW I ASKED. As she’s doing them I feel her take an eyebrow pencil and draw on my eyebrow so I stopped her and asked what she was doing. She instantly gets an attitude and tells me to go somewhere else. VERY UNNECESSARY, she even hit me on my eyebrow and says”you say you want thick I give you thick” I almost lost it. I should have beat her ass, but I didn’t. I left with out paying! And went back to cuss them out. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY HAVE ATTITUDES , I already knew I shouldn’t have went because the last time I had a bad experience only went because they are close but I will never go again I tell...

NOW THIS WAS ALMOST 4WEEKS AGO, I TOTALLY FORGOT TO UPLOAD PICS WHEN I GOT THEM DONE!!! I got on to see what time they open this weekend, so I can go on and I said I can't believe I forgot!! I want to say this IDK how I never realized this places being that I live so close or heard about it but I took a chance and I have to say I will be a forever customer. I got pedicure gel on toes and full set gels and as you can see 4 designs and let me first day I WAS SHOCKED when they told me the total which was great because I gifted both ladies the extra money. Everything was ON POINT! From.. my pedicure, nails down to the designs. As you can see they held very well for being this long which is perfect for me because I wash my hands a million times a day lol.. I will make sure I post when I first get them done this time!!!
