I recently visited one of your Pizza Hut locations and had one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had at your brand The staff had no knowledge of current promotions and eight customers including myself were left standing and waiting to order with no assistance. I waited for about 20 minutes without being helped and food was left sitting out of the oven. The staff appeared slow and inconsiderate showing no urgency in serving customers On top of that they are clearly understaffed with only one person actually making food while the other person was just on the phone the whole time talking to his girl or whoever he was talking to and to make matters worse none of the employees had uniforms badges gloves or name tags Overall this was extremely disappointing Pizza Hut has always been a place I have trusted for both food and service but this store failed to meet even the most basic standards I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not have to deal with such...
Read moreI'm sharing my experience from yesterday 7/15/25. I walked in the store around 6:20pm to a store filled with guests waiting for their order. Customers had been sitting in there for an hour or more waiting for online orders that were placed prior to arriving at the store. Not only did I experience sheer chaos in the store, but I experienced 3 people working on staff, and 1 manager who quit on the spot leaving a new hired manager (1 week on staff) along with a younger gentleman. The manager said, "I'm done", untied his apron, took his apron off and threw his keys on the counter and walked out while customers were still in the store waiting. The poor young guy started getting our orders 1 at a time and was getting customers out of the store. He for sure deserves a raise. Read moreI placed my order at 4:51pm my husband arrived at 504pm. Went inside and asked the cashier how long would the order take they proceed to say they did not receive my order. I sent my husband the order confirmation now they are saying they see it but it is not in the oven 15 mins after placing it my order was not started. The customer service is horrible, and I’m almost certain the quality of my food will be as well. I will never order again and I would like to be refunded.
