Subway — Restaurant in Baltimore

On September 29 about 6:10 to 6:14pm, my mother visisted and purchased two subs. On one of the subs she was asked for extra vegetables but the man put so much on the sub that you cannot eat it. It looks like a salad thrown on top of bread. He couldn't even close the sub. I didn't go in with her so i was not aware of this until I took her home and she opened it. I was appalled when I saw it and told her we were going back up there immediately. I came back to the restaurant to get them to redo it but the man refused trying to blame my mother. He continued to not listen to us so i did get loud with him as I was disgusted that this man would fix her a sub such as that and refuse to fix it. He ignored us and went on to service other customers. After a few minutes, the other staff member fixed her sub, which I appreciate that, but the customer service here is appalling. I have always come to this subway and never had that happen so I was very surprised by his behaviour. All he had to do was apologize and gives us our money back if he didn't want to redo it. Also, if she really did ask for too much, he could've just told her that the sub won't be able to close and fixed it properly. I will not be coming to this location ever again. I have filed a...

This Subway is the pits the young lady behind the Counter is OK however I used to bathroom there to wash my hands the bathroom was filthy The light switch on the wall had all kinds of hand prints and germs They have a limit of 20 minutes to eat your food I'm glad I don't live in that neighborhood because the neighborhood is not safe where I do live the restaurants Give you 30 minutes to eat however this restaurant does not have enough tables because I observed two women's just sitting there who never ordered anything so we stood in the floor for about 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a guy to finish eating so we could sit down to...

The food was very good (I tried the new Mexicali minus avocado). The service was lacking though. The couple before me received the food but the 1 cup for their drink. The cashier put a cup for me so I gave my cup to the people in front of me and the cashier tried to charge me again. I protested and she continued to get me to have me swipe my card before she gave me the drink cup even saying that I wouldn't get anything if she wouldn't charge me for a 2nd drink cup. Needless to say, I got all that I paid for.....but watch out for the shady...
