I went to the location in Port Discovery. My family had a wonderful time at Port Discovery and this review is in no relation to our experience at the museum.

On our way out my son stated that he wanted a book. We ended up settling on a shark puzzle as he loves sharks. On the way out, after purchasing the puzzle, my son saw a blue toy that he wanted. I first told him no, then asked if we could do an exchange. The lady immediately told me no. I almost left that’ll it then realized I never saw an exchange policy sign. I asked about it and she immediately developed and attitude and was annoyed. I pointed out the exchange policy right behind her that state do could do the return. She told me the store policy was I could not exchange. I asked to speak to her manager. She called her manager. After she got off the phone she let me do the exchange. Visited Snug Books for the first time last week. I’ve been trying to find more bookstores in the city as I increase my reading so I’m happy to have come across them. The story is very cozy but a nice size with a million and one books to choose from. The staff was super friendly from the time I entered (welcomed with a big “Hello!”) to check out to the time I left! The gentleman that checked me out helped me to look up a book that I was looking for & although it was in store he offered to order and said they would call as soon as it came in. He also shared the stores calendar which has a host of different events that take place during the week from author meet and greets to story time and adult nights out. I really love this place! It never occurred to me to check them out when I get coffee at Zeke's but my wife found Saturday story time! I take my kids there every Saturday morning. Now I buy great new books from authors of color, children's books, and plush toys after my daughter rips off the tag (she's kinda the boss.) I even discover writers on Instagram and ask the store over email to order me their books! The last time I did this all I had to do was respond to their newsletter email! Can't say enough great things...
