The LVH by Taste This — Restaurant in Baltimore

I visited this restaurant yesterday (Friday night). I gave the restaurant 2 stars only because the ambiance and the vibe And the strawberry Long Island and peach frozen drink is BOMB 🔥🔥🔥! It’s a very nice looking place. HOWEVER, everything else was horrible. The service was terrible. Our waiter barely waited on us we had to constantly flag him down and ask for drinks or anything else. By the end of the night he had an attitude and seemed to take it out on us which was not pleasant. Now, the food... the menu- everything looks so good. I had the crab soup which had abosolutely NO flavor and NO crab. Just a cream broth like bland soup.. I also had the lobster Mac and Cheese that smelled horrible! The lobster was overcooked and it had a “funky” odor. I barely at any because the smell was off putting! I spent $43.55, plus a $5 I gave him that he didn’t even deserve but I wouldn’t dare not leave something and I’m a good ripper usually especially my is the service is on point, on a meal I did not enjoy AT ALL. Yep! We loved it. My husband and I stopped in on a whim and spent a delightful hour and a half on a Friday evening. There were so many delicious possibilities (seafood, lamb, beef, sides, drinks, and desserts) we had to confer with our server, who graciously explained the menu. We decided on fried catfish and a baked potato stuffed with seafood (supposedly a small plate, but with very, very large portions). Both were delicious. There was a steady stream of diners who ranged from singletons to families with children, all easily accommodated. With a bar downstairs, and a second dining area (upstairs), The LVH is a cozy neighborhood restaurant, with highly competent servers who appear to enjoy working there....

Nice lounge, great service, live music, and good food. I called to inquire about reservations and spoke with Tamecka who was very pleasant. She even called back to let me know about the live Jazz ending earlier than she thought. We arrived earlier than expected, was able to hear a few songs and served by Amber. I noticed everyone was very attentive and making sure you service was excellent. Definitely...
