We worked with Atlantic Caterers for our wedding at the Cloisters and they were incredible! Choosing a caterer was definitely one of the more daunting tasks during wedding planning, and some of the things that drew us to Atlantic Caterers were their calm and straightforward approach to providing quotes, their clear and fair pricing (everything was clear and itemized up front), their friendliness, and the amazing variety of food options. We worked primarily with Raoul and he was very friendly and professional. You can tell that they seek to excel in providing both amazing food and in keeping events running smoothly. Some of the ways they went above and beyond included - providing more appetizers than we expected for us to try at our tasting, offering to set up any decorations if desired, and checking in with both us and our guests to ensure that everything was delicious and going smoothly during the reception. They also were very calm and helpful when rain forced us to change our set-up plans last minute. We were blown away by the tasty food and generous portions and our guests were as well! (We loved the Chicken Oscar and their crab dip!) Another thing that was particularly kind was that Raoul brought my husband and I ice water partway through the reception - This was especially appreciated and thoughtful as it was very hot and we hadn't remembered/had time to drink very much. My husband and I hired Atlantic Caterers for our October wedding and we couldn't of been happier with the service provided! Raoul and his team were top tier - organized, clear, and confident. From our first meeting for our tasting, we were sold on not only their food, but their personable & assured attitudes/personalities.

During our walk through, Raoul took charge and worked with our coordinator to get things done. He asked the questions we didn't even think of and really took a ton off of our plates to think about.

Day of - the food was phenomenal. We did buffet style, apps, and a full bar (hired 3 bartenders with them). The service was 10/10 all night, and the second our lead server saw mine or my husband's hand empty, he was there with a drink opened and ready for us! Seriously cannot put into words how great everyone was!

Their team is also so accommodating and flexible - we had a large number of dietary restrictions and Raoul handled it no problem and there wasn't a single complaint from any guests.

AMAZING food, service, staff, and communication.

We used Atlantic for our wedding and it was the best decision we made!!! We got married 6 months ago and guests still talk about how good the food was. Even our DJ (who has been to thousands of weddings) said it was the best food he’s ever had at a wedding!

The staff was incredible. They were very efficient, clean, and during covid times- stuck to protocol!

We had a backyard wedding and Raoul was integral with the planning process and gave us great tips on how to organize everything so that it ran smoothly- and it did!
