Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Banning

I stopped here on my way home from a road trip. I went through the drive thru and waited a minute for the waitress behind the mic. There was only 1 car in front of me and it was gone by the time I got to the window. I ordered 2 regular iced mochas. I pull up and I see 2 huge cups of iced coffee. I was like, "that's the regular?" She's like, "no this is large, I can dump it and pour regular." When I heard the word dump, I was like no it's ok. She charged me and as I'm pulling out, my friend says that there are no straws. I pull back around and went into the restaurant to get straws and speak to the manager. I let her know that there was a mixup in communication and although her employee messed up my order, I paid for her mess up and she didn't give me straws. The manager was like ok, I'll talk to her. I didn't go in there expecting a full refund, but one for the overage in sizing up would have been a kind gesture for inconvenience. I drive off and as I'm on the onramp to the freeway...I realize the girl didn't give me my change back either! Meanwhile...my friend takes a sip of her coffee and was like..."I'm pretty sure this is iced chocolate milk." I was like no way I didn't just pay $7 for adult sized chocolate milk! I tasted mine and sure enough, there wasn't even a trace of coffee. I was so disappointed, already dealing with the manager and seeing that she really didn't care about what I had to say. I wasn't going to turn back again. The manager, employees, service, and iced mochas suck at...

Not only did they get the take out order wrong but my sour dough Jack was cold (cold bread, cold cheese and room temp burger) and disappointing. The fries were warm and tasty as always but we'd driven away and couldn't come back to return the burger. This was my first visit to this location. I've never had a cold burger from a Jack in the Box before. Left feedback via info on the receipt. And was contacted by someone from the corporate office and was promised free food coupons to make up for my bad experience. That was a long time ago now and I have yet to receive them. That location was on my way from getting my car towed. Probably will never go there again. At such a high price point it's not worth it to go back and try again. If the district manager wants to contact me again to make it right, she has my info. I doubt I'll hear anything though. Very sad. My advice, don't order take out from this location unless you can thoroughly check your order before...

Honestly I’m not one to leave a review but the staff here really sucks and they need to learn how to provide better service. It’s not only ridiculous that the guy at the window was already acting like he was in a mood but when your forget someone’s items and i have to go all the way back to get my item have a little more of a better attitude when one approaches. Granted i ask for a new item or not this staff member needs to be placed elsewhere and not at the ordering window. And the lady that felt the need to step in was even more ridiculous laughing and making it seem like it was funny that I’m asking for a fresh drink after forgetting my drink in the first place for one you weren’t busy there was no one in the drive through behind me like i asked if the guy was new they both acted like they were because overall yall deserve a 0 star if it...
