Walgreens — Local services in Barberton

In the last two weeks my family and I have received the absolute worst service at your Barberton, Ohio location twice. My husband went in to purchase medication for our daughter, he had some questions about what she could take and the pharmacist shrugged him off and said their are several options over there. He went back with a medication in hand and asked if it was okay for her to take it, she looked at him and then turned and walked away. Tonight, I was sitting in the pharmacy drive thru waiting to pick up a prescription and they closed right in front of me after waiting on the car in front of me. I understand it was closing time but, I was waiting my turn in line. I pulled up to the window and the girls in side literally ignored me like I wasn't there and then pulled down the closed sign. My daughter is now out of her medication because I was waiting for your pharmacy to get it in stock, they said they had to order it even though I pick it up their every month. I received a message earlier today that it was in but couldn't get there until right before closing. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will now be switching pharmacies. My daughter is now in tears over fear that she doesn't have the medication that she needs. The shortened hours and rudeness of the pharmacy employees have lost...

Needs better customer service.. or just manners. If you need to get around someone you can say excuse me. Also if there is only one customer in store I would recommend checking them out and not speaking to another coworker on the top of you lungs saying they are just going to have to wait. How about you direct that to the customers in a polite way and explain you will back in a moment. Very rude customer service. The older women with black shoulder length hair is very rude not only to customer but rude to the cashier working. She politely asked while she was taking her drawer if she should do something else like hop on another drawer or go help with photos and she kept telling her no. Usually this pharmacy is pretty good but lately not so much. Their prices are crazy high and the competence is really bad. Before we kept getting prescriptions for another person with the same name, it was so bad that we had to tell them to check the address and other details, something they should do anyway. Today I stopped to pick up a prescription for my Mom that I was told three days ago was ready, I get there and I am told it isn't ready and they don't know what happened. Really tired of wasted trips and time. Time to move to a new pharmacy. At this point I would not recommend this...
