This is an authorized ups dropped off site. So I dropped my Amazon return and didn’t request a receipt. But on the tracking record it didn’t even show up the store ever had it. I called to confirm if they accidentally missed it and it might still be in the store, the lady, I recognized her voice, I believe I met her in person in that store was the least professional one in there. She was never pleasant to deal with. She was the old one there. She didn’t even bother to double check just simply told me that they never made a mistake on that and I should contact ups. How could I file a claim when it didn’t show that it was dropped off in your store?! They had to put the tracking number in to update it was dropped off. Such a shame.    Read moreRented a dump trailer the other day. From the time I took it I could hear a light bump coming from the trailer. I stop and looked the trailer over multiple times looking for any tire defect and could not find anything on them. I thought maybe the tire had a small flat spot on it. Later I found out it must have been a belt that broke because the tire blew out in the center of the tire. not a side wall. Told the manager this but she informed me it was on me and charged my card 170.00 to replace tire. I was willing to split the cost but she was not willing. I don't think it was my fault but just happened when I had it.. lesson learned. no insurance would cover it they offered before the rental. hope this helps...

They not only called me to tell me when they should know if they'd get it as requested, but they told me they'd reach out and verify things went as expected so I wouldn't waste a trip there after an online order.
