Today was the 2nd time visiting the store in the morning. 1st time the employees were busy and I saw the earrings I wanted. Today I went in the store. One employee was attending a customer, so I waited up front. 2 employees came out from the back. I was totally ignored. A young, blonde employee goes to the counter where I stood and totally ignored me. I asked her if the men jewelry’s the ones on the right side. She replied a rude Yes. I asked for the price ranges and she asked of what jewelry. Clearly she wasn’t even paying attention. After I told her “from the men jewelry section” she said the price and I said great, so to buy them. I stood by the counter…waited…waited…and just left the store. I’m a funny guy and totally hate rude people. This store…really sucks big time along with the employees. Get a customer service...

Bien decepcionado con esta tienda. Soy del area y acostumbraba hacer compra en esta tienda pero desde ahora en adelante no. Entre mis compras en ocaciones especiales: dos relojes Rados, relojes swatch, prendas de Pandoras y otros. Pues entre los regalos reciente una prenda me salio defectuosa y la gerente no me ayudo en nada por sus políticas de devolución. Por lo menos yo esperaba que lo notificarán a su vendedor y hicieran algún arreglo ya se reemplazarla. En Forever Crystal cerca de esta tienda me paso algo semejante y me la reemplazaron por la misma sin ningún problema. Me di cuenta que esta tienda no le importa el cliente.

Well disappointed with this store. I'm from the area and I used to shop at this store but not from now on. Among my purchases on special occasions: two Rados watches, swatch watches, Pandoras garments and others. Well, among the recent gifts, a garment came out defective and the manager did not help me at all because of her return policies. At least I was hoping that they would notify their vendor and make some arrangement and replace it. In Forever Crystal near this store something similar happened to me and they replaced it with the same one without any problem. I realized that this store does not care about...

No recomiendo el lugar compre una sortija hace dos meses se le cayeron las zircornias y la lleve para la garantia y cuando me atendiero me dijeron q no la podian cambiar porque esa no era la sortija qe habian vendido a lo cual yo les dije q si era y q ademas la habia compra junto a un charm q aparecia en el recibo tambien a lo cual accedieron a cambiar la sortija pero me dijeron q no me podian cambiar nada aunque estiviera en garantia a lp cual dije esta bn pero me hickeron senrot com si estuviera cometiendo un fraude o algo y se queria quedar con el recibo a cy se lo pedi y me dijeton q ya no servia y le dije q como quiera lo queria y cuando me lo dieron le dije esto no es culpa mia la cajera se equiboco y entie.do es error himano pero porq temgo q pagar los platos rotos yo .de verdad estoy bn decepcionado y no vuelvo a comprar en rojo collection.

P.s cuabdo sali mire el recibo y el cajero fue la misma persona q me habia vendido la pieza y lo dice en los dos recibos por eso no queri darme el...
