WARNING!!! NO WAY TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP IN THE APP.

When you sign up you're told to download the app bc it handles everything. I specifically asked if I can pause or cancel membership from the app and I was told yes. So on my week vacation from work I decided to get a membership to try out this gym.

So here I am working first shift and after 6 months I don't like this gym. But due to family and overtime I have no way to make it in to cancel in person without taking time off.

Surprise surprise, no way to cancel or pause membership from the app. So I was lied to on the phone and lied to by the employee who signed me up. So now I have to lose time from work to cancel this membership.

The app allows you to add payments but you can't delete them as well. Also when the app says suggest a feature you can see they have been working on the feature of canceling or pausing membership for YEARS....

Nice gym. Older equipment but great variety of equipment. Only negative was there was only one hand towel hanging in women’s bathroom. No other towels or paper towels. That is a little gross after toilet visit. I’m used to wiping down equipment after use and there was only 2 wipe stations for that. Other than that, good...

I went to this gym while visiting Bardstown and I was really glad to have found this place! They have a very cute room for kids which is SO convenient for traveling parents! Great customer service, all the equipment you could need, and an awesome atmosphere....
