Had FABULOUS cheese tamales w rice, lettuce, incredible Pico, sour cream n quac!! Hubby had Fajita taco salad w grilled chicken that was also delish!! Huge portions, fair prices!! Was slightly disappointed that they were out of Chiles rellenos- only because I had my heart set on those prior to even going- on our Monday afternoon 4pm visit but WILL definitely be going back for sure!!! Highly highly recommend!! Very authentic!! And I spent 8 days IN Mexico so I'm quite familiar!!! THIS place IS the REAL deal!! Husband and I tried Mi Lindo for first time yesterday and very happy we did! Food was made fresh and well seasoned unlike most other mexican restaurants we have been to in area! The food is much better than all other mexican restaurants in Bardstown which we have stopped going to because quality of food is horrible. They are located in a older strip center building in Bardstown, so if you are one who puts esthetics before food this may not be up to your standards. But the place is kept clean and servers and staff are very conscientious to make your visit a good one - and that is refreshing!!! My family got together this weekend for an early Thanksgiving gathering, about 30 of us. We chose this place for the great food and location. The service was great! Our drinks never dried up and the chips and salsa kept coming! After our orders were placed, within 15 minutes plates started coming out, we were all served in under 30 minutes! When it came time to pay, the waiters were on it. There was no confusion on who was on whoms check. And the way they treated the 5 children in our group was nothing like I've ever seen!
