The 5 star in Danville did not take care of us. My fiance got coffee. The coffee was so hot that she double cupped so she could hold the cup. When we got to the register, the lady charged for the coffee, my drink and a cup of ice. When I asked why the cup of ice she said for the extra cup on the coffee. I told her it was no ice in the cup but to help with heat of the coffee. I told her to remove the charge and my fiance took the cup off and set on counter. I mentioned now the cup was 69 cent garbage. The lady said no it isn't and snatched the cup and said she would put back into cup dispenser. I asked her if that was common practice to put back cups that have been handled. She said real smartly that she would. These cups are bought in bulk and to charge for a cup of ice for a cup is ridiculous. We have always frequented this five star on our trips through Danville but that will end now, thanks to this one lady. This happened March...

I’m not normally on the side of giving places of business a bad mark, however, the overall impression of this place in the morning is rude customer service. No one smiling, greeting customers, the ladies behind the counter give a “Debbie downer” vibe! No “have a nice day, thank you” .. just frowns and grumps!
