The Good Life Boutique is absolutely amazing!! I would give it 10+ stars if I could!! I have several cherished pieces from bowls, glass jars, wooden boards, wine stoppers, LBI keepsakes, and jewelry. My daughter and I originally visited the Good Life and met the owner Nancy 18 years ago, we visited her every summer we vacationed in LBI when her store was in Surf City, we missed her so much we visited her store in Westwood, NJ and today we had the chance to see her in her brand new, beautiful, modern, beachy, bright and warm welcoming Barnegat location, don’t miss the opportunity to visit! When shopping in this store, be sure to do an on-line price comparison for any item that you are interested in purchasing. I know it’s LBI and that price mark-ups must be inevitable, but I personally haven’t observed this practice in other reputable LBI boutiques such as Wink and Five O Six Surf Boutique, where prices are the same or even less than they are on-line. Not that there was anything that I was interested in purchasing from this store located in a marina that caters to a much older crowd. However, I was shocked to find the price discrepancies that exist between the simplest of items such as dog toys sold here and on-line, as well as clothing that I would never consider wearing much less purchasing but was still aghast to see the price mark-ups.
